PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS ON CARAVAN PARK / MOSELESELE / TAMBUKI / COUNTRY HOUSE / MAKHATO LODGES / CHALETS

• Bookings made more that 6 months in advance before arrival

25% deposit required within 48 hours after booking and fully paid 1 month before arrival (monthly payments can be done to pay as well, but full amount needs to be paid 30 days before arrival).

• Bookings made between 3 and 6 months before arrival

35% deposit required within 48 hours after booking and fully paid 1 months  before arrival.

• Bookings made 31 – 90 days

50% deposit required within 48 hours after booking and fully paid 1 months before arrival.

• Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival

Full payment required within 48 hours. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancelling 14 days or less before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
• If cancelling between 15 – 21 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total
• If cancelling between 22 – 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total
• If cancelling 31 days or longer before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total

AMENDMENT POLICY

• If amendment is requested on a booking – a 5% admin fee will be charged of booking total.
• If amendment is requested 48 hours before arrival – 50% of booking total will be forfeited.
